Community Ventures Corporation (504 Kentucky) is a certified development company chartered under the auspices of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to promote economic development.  Community Ventures Corporation can originate SBA 504 loans throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky in partnership with the SBA, local economic development organizations and financial institutions.   Our mission is to provide fixed-asset financing to small businesses that create and retain jobs and to promote economic development for the good of the community, state, and region.

Commonwealth Small Business Development Corporation (CSBDC), the state's first SBA-certified development company, recently merged their 504 loan operations with Community Ventures Corporation.  Through the merger, 504 lending services previously provided separately through CSBDC and Community Ventures Corporation are provided through 504 Kentucky, providing businesses throughout the state-and their partner financial institutions-with greater resources and service capability than ever before.
