is seeking proposals for services relating to a Neighborhood
Stabilization Program for the counties of Fayette, Jessamine, Madison,
Scott and Franklin.
CVC will purchase approximately 20
foreclosed residential properties in targeted census tracts. The homes
will be rehabbed and sold to qualified clients.
